SMS Terms & Conditions

OSH Restaurant Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OSH restaurant operations service ("the Program") operated by Wellness At Work LLC ("we", "us"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program name and description

Program name: OSH

Description: The Program sends you automated text messages related to a restaurant waitlist you have joined, including (a) a confirmation of your place in line with a pickup code and a tracking link, (b) a notification when your table is ready, and (c) an occasional reminder if the host has called your name more than once.

2. How to opt in

You opt in to the Program by placing a phone call to a participating restaurant and, during the automated voice response, explicitly confirming your phone number. The system will read your phone number back to you digit-by-digit and ask you to press 1 to confirm that it is correct for receiving a confirmation text. Pressing 1 is your express consent to receive Program messages at that number.

There is no website or keyword opt-in path for this Program.

3. Message frequency

You will typically receive 1 to 3 messages per visit:

  1. One message when you join the waitlist (confirmation with pickup code and link).
  2. One message when your table is ready.
  3. Optionally, a reminder message if you do not arrive at the front after being called.

You will not receive marketing messages, promotional offers, or any messages unrelated to your waitlist visit.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages depending on your mobile plan. The Program itself is free, but we are not responsible for any carrier charges.

5. How to opt out

You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further Program messages will be sent to your number. Opt-out is processed automatically by our messaging provider (Twilio).

If you later wish to receive Program messages again, you can opt back in by placing a new call to the restaurant and confirming your number during the voice flow. You may also reply START or UNSTOP to resume.

6. How to get help

For assistance with the Program, reply HELP to any message or email us at sid@wellnessatwork.me. We typically respond within one business day.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. In brief, we only use your phone number to deliver Program messages and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

9. No warranty

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered on time or at all, and we are not liable for any losses arising from missed, delayed, or undelivered messages. Please contact the restaurant's host directly if you rely on timely notification.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
